Terms and conditions for AKA Life Coaching Tribe Members

All applicants should agree to the below terms and conditions.

By applying to become or selected to become an AKA Life Coaching Tribe Members you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You must be 18 years of age

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

Undertaking missions

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree that AKA Life Coaching LTD has no liability for accident or injury while undertaking any missions (official or unofficial).

You must adhere to specific Terms and Conditions for Special Missions as provided to you in the Mission Brief.

You must let us know within ten days if you cannot undergo a Special Mission you have agreed to so we can send another member of the AKA Life Coaching Tribe in your place.

By accepting these Terms and Condition, you agree that if you fail to write a review for a Special Mission, you will pay for the tickets.

Your opinion on any mission should be wholly independent and not reflective of anyone else’s.

Your rate and/or review of your mission will be posted on AKA Life Coaching LTD: www.akalifecoaching.com and or www.akalifecoaching.org.

AKA Life Coaching own the right to edit and improve grammar on your review but NOT alter the sentiment. If there is a negative review, it will be posted on the AKA Life Coaching LTD website, but you may be asked to revisit the re-review at a later date. AKA Life Coaching Tribe are not obligated to do this.

By submitting your reviews, photos and videos to AKA Life Coaching LTD, you agree that AKA Life Coaching can use these assets on their website and social media channels.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to take on at least one Mission per month in order to remain within the AKA Life Coaching. If you do not adhere to this, AKA Life Coaching owns the right to remove you from the Tribe.

Special Missions

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you accept you will follow the stipulations and rules of the missions as they are advertised.

Special Mission tickets

If you decide to take more people on a Special Mission than the free ticket allows, you must pay for them.

Resigning from being a AKA Life Coaching Member

If you would like to resign from being a member of the AKA Life Coaching you must email :akalifecoaching@yahoo.com 

Your information

By registering you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and you understand your data will only be used by AKA Life Coaching LTD and our partners.

Correspondence

Most correspondence will be via a Facebook group; you will receive a link to this via email. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand that in order to be involved and a member of the AKA Life Coaching Tribe you must join and remain within this Facebook Group.

Accessing and correcting your information.

If you have registered on the AKA Life Coaching LTD Online website, you can review and change your Personal Data by logging into the Site and visiting your account Preference Centre. AKA Life Coaching LTD cannot delete your Personal Data except by also deleting your user account.
